There are times when feelings of loneliness and isolation can all but overwhelm us and finding even some small amount of respite from the things that trouble us may seem impossible.

At BCU the Drop-In provides a welcoming, friendly and supportive environment that allows clients to socialize and share their experiences in a community that is neither critical nor judgemental.

You may just want to be somewhere where you can feel safe, or you may want to be in the company of others but not feel pressured to get involved in conversation. Nothing is expected of you other than to be respectful of others. The Drop-In is there as a place of retreat.

The Centre welcomes both men and women to the Drop-In.

Refreshments (tea, coffee, sweets and biscuits) and a hot, cooked meal are available to clients and are charged for at reasonable cost.

The Drop-In is staffed by a Drop-In Coordinator and volunteers and is inspected regularly by the Bexley Environmental Team.

Forthcoming Events
